Custom Boxes
We are happy to assist you with any special requests you may
have. Please feel free to contact us to discuss creating your
own special gift.
Returns
The Golf Ball Gift Shop guarantees the condition of your purchase
100%. If your merchandise arrives damaged, we will be more
than happy to replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours
of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Available Golf Balls
The Golf Ball Gift Shop will make every effort to provide
the requested golf balls. However we reserve the right to
substitute golf balls of equal or greater value if certain
balls are unavailable.
Payment
The Golf Ball Gift Shop accepts Visa and MasterCard. All orders
are billed on the day of purchase and are subject to all applicable
provincial and federal taxes.
For larger orders a 50% deposit is due and is non-refundable
after 72 hours. Please contact us toll free at 1-866-840-0060

Sales Tax
Canadian residents are charged 6% GST (Goods & Services
Tax). Ontario residents are charged 6% GST and 8% PST (Provincial
Sales Tax).
Production Times
Larger orders and boxes requiring custom branding will need
3-4 weeks for production. Smaller orders will ship within
1-2 weeks.
Shipping Information
Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Additional charges apply for Saturday delivery. All efforts
are made to deliver our gift boxes on the first attempt, however
if the box is unable to be delivered after two attempts additional
charges may apply.
Canada: For dependable nation wide delivery Canada
Post and FedEx are used. Out of province shipping times vary
by province and territory, please allow 2-7 days for delivery.
United States: Orders entering the United States are
subject to duty charges which are not payable by the Golf
Ball Gift Shop. Please keep this in mind when sending a gift
box directly to a recipient's address. Please allow 4-8 business
days for delivery.
International: Currently we do not ship outside of
Canada and the United States.
Large Orders: For multiple gift boxes going to the same location
there will be a flat rate shipping fee; the fee will be determined
based on the confirmed number of boxes to be delivered.
Holiday Season Delivery: We recommend that you place your
order early to ensure delivery in time for the holidays.
